My name is Mika Nyyssölä.
I am a bodybuilder from Helsinki, Finland. I have been training with weights since 1992. In the year 2003 I started training bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is a part of me. A part of my lifestyle.
I usually train 5-6 days in a week. When I’m dieting I train 6-7 days in a week and do cardio almost every day. When I’m not on a diet I eat pretty much the same food, but I don’t count my calories as specific as on a diet.
I believe in blood volume training combined with heavy weights.
I am 165cm tall and I weigh (onstage) about 76-80kg, (offstage) about 88-90kg.Posted under
